How to play Dinosaur Typing

  1. Press Start. An obstacle appears on the right with a word above it.
  2. Type the word before the obstacle reaches the dinosaur, and the dinosaur jumps over it.
  3. You score one point per letter. Each new obstacle comes in a little faster.
  4. Bump into three obstacles and the run is over.

There is only one obstacle at a time, so this game is all about focus: read the word, type it cleanly, get ready for the next. After 40 seconds the words get longer.

Tips for a longer run

  • Start typing as soon as a word appears; don't wait for it to get close.
  • A wrong letter doesn't cost a bump, but it eats the time you need later.
  • Keep a steady rhythm. Late in the run, smooth typing beats fast but frantic typing.
